The services we offer for all the common areas are as follow.

1. Landscaping:
a. Maintenance of all gardens (watering, weeding, mowing, pruning & trimming).
b. Watering of lawns & plants
c. Spraying of pesticides & insecticides.
d. Manure for plants & lawns.
e. Scrubbing and cleaning of pathways.
f. Cleaning & maintaining gates.

2. Swimming Pool:
a) Daily cleaning of pool.
b) Chlorination & treatment of pool water (soda ash, alum, algaecide)
c) Filtration and backwashing of pool
d) Periodical check on PH balance & chlorine level.

3. General:
a) Cleaning of roadside areas
b) Maintenance of pump and pump house. (On receipt of funds)
c) Payments of electricity bills for the common areas of the complex.(On receipt of funds)
d) Providing electrical / plumbing services as required as charged by relevant        Company.
e) Payment of house tax (On receipt of funds from the owners).
