Sage House building comprises of large apartments facing the Arabian
Sea consisting of area of 4000 Sq. Ft. to 6000 Sq. Ft. designed by the
Architect David Ruff of Design Laboratories of New York. |

The project boasts of five large apartments, the top being the largest
as it occupies the entire floor. There is emphasis on the use of glass
in the construction, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring
that the beautiful natural surroundings are never hidden from your
view. The apartments have a very modern yet minimalistic feel to
them, with a lot of open spaces, the largest one being at the top floor,
perfect for a get together with friends or a party that becomes the talk
of the town. |

When you first set your sight on the building you are awed by its sheer
size, unique shape and contemporary design. As you almost drift into
the European feel of the building, the thumping waves of the Arabian
sea just 100 meters away, bringing you back to your senses.. |
