The Saipem Quarry project is an unconventional project. Three individually designed spacious villas are set around an old abandoned Laterite quarry. The villas are designed in a traditional Goan style with thick Laterite walls, high ceilings and sloping roofs. Each villa has an open courtyard and verandahs around which the rooms are distributed.

As a standard each villa has one master bed room and two guest bed rooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and a kitchen and utility area. The heart of each villa is a double height living/ dining hall with a view into the quarry. On top of the living/ dining halls are open roof top terraces. Villa 1 and 2 have an additional family/ library room. |

The villas are placed in such a way that from the living/ dining hall and the rooftop terrace of each villa there is a fantastic view into the quarry. The bottom of the quarry in the centre of the property is a common area. Here, the pool is located with the steep and rough natural walls of the quarry as its back-drop. . |
